According to pet adoption regimes , a person who is over 18 can easily adopt a new animal , sometimes the pets are given for free. Personally a couple of burgers are my choice but some people take it to extreme and make horrible pet owning decisions , like owning 27 dogs and stuffing them in one place. Respect the paws.
